1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@homelynest.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Perishable or consumable goods

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. HomelyNest is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@homelynest.in.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process instead.
