• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship across India.
• We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve more pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly.

4. Shipment Tracking

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@homelynest.in.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes across India.
• A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
